By accessing Eternis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to lore, code, graphics, UI, music, and databases) are owned by Deepslash Studio / Eternis Administration. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the game client or website without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit all in-game progress, Sesterces, Gold, and virtual items. No refunds will be provided for banned accounts.
ETERNIS ADMINISTRATION ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our online users ("you" or "user"). This Privacy and Cookie Policy has been crafted to inform you as to the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information you provide during the use of any Eternis games, forums, or applications ("Service" or “Services”).

If you need to delete your account and erase all your in-game data, you can contact us via our forum support system or via email. After the account deletion process, the relevant game rights and data will be erased. Please note that you cannot recover your account or in-game progress once deleted.

Our development path consists of three primary stages. Please note that within each main stage, there will be several iterations and updates. We will not disclose the exact number of these sub-versions; we are only sharing the primary milestones with you today:
The Closed Beta phase will be conducted using specific administrative accounts created solely for testing purposes.
The client version used in the current testing phases is the current version you know, not our final version. We are keeping certain visual updates and new features hidden for now, so we can surprise you with them once we reach a more advanced stage.
Not all game systems will be fully integrated immediately. We will clarify which systems are active with each new release announcement, alongside the patch notes and the results of each testing period.
As you transition to your own personal accounts during the Open Beta, please be aware that early progress will be subject to resets with certain restrictions. However, at an advanced stage of the beta, we will surprise you with the announcement that your progress has become permanent and will no longer be wiped.
Participants in these early stages will be monitored manually with great care. We are dedicated to rewarding your efforts, ultimately by making your accounts stand out; they will be unique and different from any ordinary account. Please rest assured that this distinction will not disrupt the game's balance or provide any unfair power advantages.
